• System Takeover: If your current smart home vendor is not meeting your expectations on support, system performance, financial stability and more, we can implement a system takeover. This is subject to equipment type, age and condition. If Zwave products are used the takeover generally involves replacing the hub and resetting/re-pairing existing Z-wave locks, thermostats and sensors. This is a quick and easy way to convert to our platform and leverage your existing investment hardware as much as possible.
